Evaluation Time

• Award applications are accepted ONLY from the 1st to the 15th of the month.
  
• If we determine that your site appears to meet our basic criteria (should not be disqualified), you will be emailed a Status ID number.
  
• Evaluation time: From the 16th to the last day of the month.
  Evaluations end and award graphics are emailed to winners on the last day of the month.

• If you have read our criteria in detail and upgraded your site,
  you may re-apply after 120 days from the date of your first application.
  
• If you have received our Silver, Bronze or Merit Award already...
  
• You may apply for an upgrade 120 days from the date you received your award.
